C B S E = Central Board of Secondary Education

Central Board of Secondary Education ( C B S E) 3 नवंबर 1962 को स्थापित किया गया था। इसका मूल संगठन मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय है। सीबीएसई का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली भारत में है। 2019 तक इस बोर्ड से 21499 स्कूल संबद्ध हैं। सीबीएसई अपने सभी स्कूलों में एनसीईआरटी के पाठ्यक्रम का पालन करता है। सीबीएसई से संबद्ध 28 विदेशी भाषाओं में 220 स्कूल हैं।

नवोदय विद्यालय समिति (एन वी एस) मानव संसाधन और विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के नियंत्रण में एक स्वायत्त निकाय है। यह जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालयों (जेएन बनाम) के लिए भारत के प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों के लिए स्कूलों की एक प्रणाली संचालित करता है।

R T E Act = Right To Education act

आरटीई भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 21 ए के तहत भारत में 6 से 14 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए मुफ्त और अनिवार्य शिक्षा के महत्व के तौर-तरीकों को प्रदान करने के लिए 4 अगस्त 2009 में तैयार किया गया एक अधिनियम है।

C O T P A = Cigarette And Other Tobacco Products Act

यह अधिनियम 2003 में भारत की संसद द्वारा तैयार किया गया था। इस अधिनियम का उद्देश्य भारत में सिगरेट और अन्य तंबाकू उत्पादों के प्रचार पर रोक लगाना और व्यापार, वाणिज्य, उत्पादन, आपूर्ति और वितरण को विनियमित करना था। सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों के लिए संस्था के 100 मीटर के दायरे में सिगरेट और तंबाकू से संबंधित उत्पादों का उपयोग और बिक्री नहीं करने के लिए विशिष्ट आकार का एक बोर्ड प्रदर्शित करना अनिवार्य है, और अधिनियम के उल्लंघन के मामले में संस्था के मुखिया द्वारा नियम तोड़ने वाले एक विशिष्ट व्यक्ति पर जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है ।

P O S C O = The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences

POCSO अधिनियम की स्थापना बच्चों को यौन शोषण, यौन उत्पीड़न और पोर्नोग्राफी जैसे अपराधों से बचाने के लिए की गई थी। यह अधिनियम 2012 में तैयार किया गया था
